Web Activity Reporting

We use ‘Google Analytics’ to monitor website usage. This records your IP address, and browser type, date and time of activity. None of this information is tied to a personally identifiable piece of data (like an e-mail address). The Wales Co-operative Centre will use this information to analyse general page view and referrer activity to get a sense of traffic patterns and placement effectiveness.

What other information do we collect about you?

To use the School Wall area you will be asked to submit information about yourself via a form (e.g. name, email address, school and address). You may be given the opportunity to receive updates occasionally on this topic. We may also offer you the opportunity to opt to receive more general information from us such as newsletters, competitions, message boards and membership.

If you opt to do this, clearly, the better that we know you, the better that we can tailor our services to meet your needs, but we will limit the collection and use of your information to the minimum required to deliver, develop and improve our services to you, which includes advising you about services, events and other opportunities.

Information recorded about you is not rented or provided to any other business or organisation other than the Wales Co-operative Centre unless you give us your consent to do so.

All managers and staff within the Centre will take steps to ensure that personal data you provide to us through this website is kept secure at all times against fire, flood, or unauthorised or unlawful loss or disclosure.
